I have a meeting in Miami in November, and need to try to find two or three great places to take clients.

I have read about one -- the dining room at the Setai (five star hotel), but not many others.

Looking for extremely high quality food.  I would prefer ideas that you can personally recommend, but if you've never been to the place you're recommending, please include some info about it.
