Today, I was reading this great article in the New York Times about the growing movement that a college degree should not be the pursuit of every high school graduate.

This has long been a belief of mine and I am glad to see that there is a movement to look at this idea.

My question to the Idea Offer world: how do we direct young people to better solutions for their career building than just going to a 4 year school?
