I have found a new hairstylist, but I am uncertain about tipping.  Not only does she work there, she owns the salon.  I have heard others say that owners don't need to be tipped.  However, she just opened this salon, so I imagine she has a good amount of expenses. Do others tip stylists who own the salon? If so, what percentage?
