I'm looking for ideas on how a person can make a modest amount of income using their home computers without getting into selling products or otherwise working with promotion, spamming, etc.

Ideal opportunities are sites like this that have one-off, moderately priced tasks that can generate $50-$100 / week in under four hours of work, do not require extremely specialized skills, and can be performed at any hour of day or night. Amazon Mechanical Turk-style tasks are good, but at a higher income level than that typically generated on that site.
