What are the best accessories to draw attention away from a heavy waist and belly? I'm pear shaped and have put on weight that I am trying to lose. I want to feel better about myself while I'm doing so.

Is it better to have more eyecatching accessories at the neckline or would that make an outfit look top heavy? Advice please for my body shape. Thanks!
