What would be good subjects to cover if I wanted to create flippable websites? I would like to know what you see as the hot topics or trends that sites could be based around.

Please share what you think will be newly popular or will gain in popularity over the next six months to a year and why. I don't want to put the time into sites on topics that are on the wane.
