Where can you find the best affiliate sites in terms of commission rates? I need affiliates there that also offer very high quality products.

My specific need right now is for a culinary website.

The affiliate products themselves have to be somehow related to the higher end of the food/cooking industry. Gourmet foods and restaurant quality cookware would be examples. Anything culinary would be considered, including books.
