What I need is a recipe for a Valentine's Day cake that's suitable for a person with celiac disease. Now I know that they have to eat gluten-free foods. As far as I know that means grains like wheat.

I'm not sure if there are other dietary restrictions or not for celiac disease. Is it possible to make a cake they could eat without it making them sick?
