I don't have the faintest idea how to build a database. Here's what I would like to do. I want to build one that contains information about writing markets. Each entry would have individual details of that particular publication or publisher - submission guidelines, website, genre, etc. Eventually I'd like to add this to my website but for now what I need is a way to build this up online, or at a push, on my computer. I'm hoping there's an open source option that can categorize them by genre first and sort them alphabetically second.

Any suggestions on the best way to go about organizing this information and what to use? I'm no techie.  An online option that would be preferred as I work from different computers at times. Being able to access it anywhere would be a plus.
