Imagine you were going to create a series of ebooks. What subjects would you consider to be most in demand right now?

It doesn’t need to be something you like or even know anything about. What I’m asking is where you see the trends headed today and in the future. I'm not a great judge of popular subjects and need some help is discovering what they are.
