I am a software programmer, so I am in front of my computer all day typing. In the past few days, my wrists have really started to become inflamed after a few hours of work. I have had to ice them down so I could continue working.

I spoke to one of the other programmers about it, and he said I should purchase an ergonomic keyboard. Will this make a difference? It seems like a gimmick to me…
