How can I keep my apple pie from falling apart?
Hi
I have recently fallen in love with making fruit pies. I have tried many different recipes, but no matter what I do, the pies don’t seem to hold together when I cut and serve them.
The main issue seems to be the crust. It is just crumbling too much. I don’t want to make it stronger, because it will just taste like cardboard.
Any suggestions on how I can keep my apples pies from falling apart?
