Is it safe to make my own salami at home?
Recently, I saw a TV show which demonstrated how to make various dried meats, including salami. Now, I have always loved salami, and would love to try and make it myself. The only think that is preventing me from doing it is safety. What are the chances of me getting sick if I try to make my own Salami? I just don’t feel right about hanging meat in my house, waiting for it to dry out, than eating it…
