Uses for extra egg yolks?
As part of my diet, I have been eating egg whites every day. As a result of this, I have quite a few extra egg yolks sitting in my fridge. What can I do with them? I hate wasting food, and I can’t see myself just washing those yolks down the drain. Are there any recipes that use a lot of egg yolks? And please don’t suggest mayonnaise…I hate mayonnaise…
