Hi


I decided to make a chicken pot pie today. I used Julia Childs recipe for the Pate Brisse crust. Since the filling was really soggy, I decided to blind bake the bottom shell. But, when it was done baking, it shrunk to almost half it’s size! What went wrong? How can I avoid this in the future?
