One of the enhancements coming to Idea Offer is a Credibility System.

As members contribute and are selected they will receive ratings and points toward higher levels of credibility in their chosen categories of interest and expertise. Someone asking a question or looking for ideas would know by looking at your credibility that you know what you're talking about.
