Coffee + ???
If you were going to mix coffee with an alcohol to make a flavorable drink, what would you use as the liquor?
One of my fav. drinks of all time is a shot of vodka with starbucks mocha frappucino and a bit of ice cream in it.

Baileys float Irish cream is my favorite and I drink it often, even though I usually buy a generic brand. Amaretto is also very good with coffee. I have known a few people who like Frangelica (Spelling may be wrong!) and Gran Marnier also has a nice flavor. If you use Gran Marnier you will probably need a sweetener.

Always Kahlua

Chambord its a raspberry/blackberry liqueur. Its wonderful and smoother than most others. That's the key to Baileys and coffee is smoothness.

I'd probably do a three fer: equal parts (filling one shot glass per cup o' joe) Frangelico and Godiva Chocolate liquors, with a splash (and I do mean splash) of Triple Sec.

There is a really good drink called a Keoki Coffee which as Kahlua, Dark Rum, Brandy and Creme de Cocoa (sp) quarter shot of each then add coffee and top with whip cream. Very yummy. A lot of bars offer a version of this that include on 3 of the 4 liquors but the original version is as stated above.
