i love adding ice cream to any drink in place of the ice. mudslides, Kahlua and ice cream is great. or add alcohol to your coffee and top with ice cream.

3 oz of Grand Marnier mixed into 2 scoops of ice cream (about 8 oz)this makes a wonderful milkshake. Butter almond, butter pecan & vanilla bean are the best for that drink. Grand Marnier mixed half-and-half with Baileys float Irish creme, or amaretto, blended well with one scoop of ice cream and an equal amount of crushed ice, makes a potent and delicious beverage!

you can make some wicked shakes / concoctions with huckleberry lique chocolate syrup and french vanilla ice cream.

Strawberry Margarita Fizz\\

ingredients

Sugar for coating rims of glasses
1 1/2 cups softened strawberry ice cream
1/2 cup chopped strawberries plus whole strawberries for garnish
1 ounce (2 tablespoons) tequila, or to taste
1/2 teaspoon fresh lime juice
1/3 cup chilled club soda
Garnish: lime slices

I've had a Creamsicle before and it was pretty good. You take 2/3 orange juice and 1/3 Amaretto and drop 2 or three scoops of vanilla ice cream. Takes like an orange creamsicle and does some damage depending on how hard you mix it.
