Any ideas on old fashioned treatments to keep those winter sniffles at bay? My family is having the fourth bout of flu this winter and the usual night time and day time cold and flu medicines aren't giving us any relief at all.


I think we've been through it so many times this winter that we've developed a resistance to their effects. There must be old remedies that were around before these medicines were invented. I'd like to hear them! Thanks.
