The colorful graphics and clear text on Yoomly.com look very nice. An "Online" Category may help bridge the gap between job distances at first. Proofreading each listing may help recruit/retain prospective employers. Also, the "Doesn't Matter" selection in many of the search fields sounds somewhat negative. When someone is searching for a job; or hiring someone to work for them - everything matters! Yoomly.com is packed with excellent information and resources - I wouldn't want anyone to see the words "doesn't matter" too often.

Very fresh and professional looking site. Not to mention it looks simple yet useful. I think this site will do well considering the economy and all the features you offer. I love the video resume part where people get to see you and what you're like before they hire you. I also like that it's free to join. My favorite part is the job listings. It's so easy to apply for jobs. They list the pay, describe jobs, etc etc.
There are a few typos on your site, but that's an easy fix. Remember typos make a site look unprofessional and the viewer a little wary. Add a picture or two to add some color.
Basically, your idea is great, your site is great, but the layout and wording could be better. Thanks for reading!

First just wanted to point out two spelling errors. First was lear instead of learn under Competition tab. Second is pour instead of your under Gain Exposure. Your site is very easy to navigate and use. A few additions that would be beneficial would be a translation button, truly opening up an international market. Also a branding widget to place on the blog or website of both the employee or employer advertising they are for hire or they have a position available. This widget would link person/business' directly to the employee/employer's Yoomly account. This widget obviously gives Yoomly more internet exposure and will attract more interest.

I Wowed when I clicked at Youmly.com It has many advantages and features that I think and a High school boy can use to make profits. It is a very good opening and knowing about competition makes you want even more from your life. Something was missing from net. Good luck.

I actually like this site because of the EASE of USE. It is not complicated at all to navigate. It is very clear and concise. With the right marketing for this website, many people will be more than happy to use this instead of the more over-rated and heavily populated job search sites.
