Yellowstone national park. There are atleast 7 different campsites to choose from and it is a beautiful area of the USA. Any time of year there is a wide range of wildlife, natural fauna and beautiful views to see. Lots of areas to hike or just relax and enjoy the scenery.

Twanoh - in Western Washington. It's never too crowded there, it's right next to the water and there's hiking trails. There are also historic buildings scattered around which may be of interest to groups. This place isn't far from restaurants and/or stores. I like to go "rock-hounding", there's many interesting types of rocks there. Lots of shells and different types of birds too.

In Ventura County Campgrounds. The city of Ventura has evolved into a community of bookstores, coffee shops, and art and antique emporiums, with a more relaxed lifestyle than is typical of the rest of Southern California.

It's got to be the West coast of Scotland. Superb scenery, and every kind of activity from the beach to the mountain top.

If i were you, I would camp somewhere near where i stay. I would try to discover more about my sorrounding. So my advice is for you to check around, ask the locals the best places to go camping in your community.

The beautiful Adirondack Mountains in upstate NY. The air has a fresh smell there, no smog at all. It's a wild, natural, protected wilderness, it doesn't have all the foot-traffic and extra trails, and paved paths for disabled people to go out and meet nature. It's real wilderness with lots of deer and bears.
